Check in/Check out Procedures:
Check-in is at 3pm. A week prior to arrival you will be contacted with a lock box code. So you and your guests can travel directly to the vacation rental property and keys will be waiting.
Check out is at 10am. Please be prompt as the cleaning crews have very little time to prepare the homes for the next weeks guests.
Cancellation Policy.
Outside of 60 days from Arrival there is no penalty for cancellation.
40-60 days from Arrival will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit taken at your initial booking.
Inside of 40 days, cancellation will result in the forteture of your rental payments. However, the security deposit will be refunded in full.
